My mom and I visited North Cypress Smiles Dentistry for the first time on December 3rd, 2024, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! Over the years, we’ve had some terrible experiences with dentists, but this visit completely changed our perspective. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. There was a young lady (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) who did my X-rays. She was so sweet and made sure to talk me through the entire process while also sanitizing everything down to ensure a clean environment. When the doctor informed me that I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed, this same young lady offered me some fantastic tips to ensure a smooth recovery process, which I truly appreciated. I had the pleasure of seeing Maddison Peeples as my hygienist, and she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she incredibly sweet, but she also provided helpful insight on how I could improve my dental care. My mom had a great experience with Thuong Huynh as her hygienist, who was equally personal and made her visit incredibly smooth. We both saw the doctors afterward, Dr. Fakhra Rashid for me and Dr. Khadijah Cheema for my mom. Both doctors were so kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were genuinely helpful throughout the process. The office itself was exceptionally clean, which made the whole experience even better. We are beyond excited to make North Cypress Smiles Dentistry our new dental home. We've always dreaded going to the dentist, but now we can’t wait for our next visit! We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly, caring, and professional team.
